Research Interests
Apply machine learning and data mining methods to solve interesting problems in biology.
Currently I am working on improving DNA resequencing microarray design and data analysis. We try to improve microarray design for genetic variation detection, specifically for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping, based on chip hybridization experiment data.
